1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India. Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Bluedart etc.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

• Orders are processed within 0–3 business days of successful payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery usually takes 7-9 working days, depending on your location and the courier service.

• Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Charges

• We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹699.

• For orders below ₹499 or COD, a flat shipping fee may be applicable and will be displayed during checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

6. Delays or Delivery Issues

While we ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or external factors.
