💸 Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled on the same day of placement, provided they have not been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

To cancel an order, please contact us at twinkelbellehelp@gmail.com within the same day.
2. Return & Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by an unboxing video for verification.

Products not eligible: earrings (due to hygiene reasons), used or worn items, items without original packaging.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned product passes the quality check.

Refunds are issued to the same mode of payment used during purchase.

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery orders, a refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer as per customer request.
